May 2006 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #29 Item Title C-34 Renew Multi-District Agreement with Duval County to serve low incidence ESE students for school year 2006-2007. (Revised) Issue/Rationale For low incidence students such as Hearing Impaired, we are allowed to contract with Duval County under state rules to provide for these low incidence kids since most districts cannot provide all the services needed.  It benefits Clay County Schools and our students to have access to these comprehensive programs. Recommended Action Accept the Superintendent's recommendation for approval of the request. Financial Impact Our invoice is approximately $13,000.00.
